It is with great enthusiasm and anticipation that we invite you to attend the 2017 American Brachytherapy Society (ABS) Annual Meeting.

Our meeting theme is “The Value of Brachytherapy in Multidisciplinary Cancer Care” and the meeting will be held at the Seaport Hotel and World Trade Center
in the historic city of Boston, from April 20 - 22. Daniel Petereit and Ann Klopp are our Scientifc Program Chairs for the meeting, together with the co-chairs are
putting together a very enriching and stimulating program. A wide variety of national and international speakers have been invited to present their data and to debate
controversial issues. We will again offer the Judith Stitt Best Abstract Awards that will be highlighted in a plenary session. The Resident Travel Awards will continue to
encourage resident involvement in the society and we will again offer a Resident’s
Luncheon at our meeting.

The Seaport Hotel & World Trade Center is located in the bustling Seaport District, one of Boston’s most popular neighborhoods. The award-winning Seaport Hotel is an oasis
in the heart of the city, overlooking Boston Harbor and featuring city and water views. A Welcome Reception will initiate the meeting to allow for networking and vendor
interaction. A membership luncheon on Friday will include the introduction of new Board members and a review of ABS activities and initiatives. Vendors will be present
over the course of the meeting to demonstrate state-of-the-art equipment, software and services of value to radiation oncologists practicing in this growing feld of medicine.
We hope that you will join us in Boston in April. The meeting will offer a tremendous educational experience as well as a chance to relax in the great city of Boston.
We invite you to participate in an incredible worldwide gathering of leaders in the field of brachytherapy.
